The United Nations proposes to the Royal Government of Cambodia to confirm the agreement with 3 points regarding premises: (i) theses premises are totally enclosed and fenced off from the active military facility, (ii) separate and direct access is provided to the premises for the Extraordinary Chambers and their related institutions, and (iii) adequate arrangements are made by the Cambodian Government for public transportation between the centre of Phnom Penh and the site in order to ensure the widest attendance at the trials.
