In respect of Civil party applicants in Case 002 who have filed applications with the Victims Support Section up to the deadline of 29 January 2009, the Co-Investigating Judges of the ECCC have decided to accept supplementary information from those applicants if they wish to supply it.
This is of particular relevance to those Civil parties who are uncertain as to whether the information they have already supplied brings them within the scope of the investigation as described by the Co-Investigating Judges on 5 November 2010, but who consider that they have additional information at their disposal which may be relevant to their application in this or other respects.
For appropriate analysis of this information and transmittal to the Co-Investigating Judges, all Civil party applicants who have already filed an application are invited to submit to the Victims Unit any supplementary information they wish to file by 29 of April 2010.
