Official Holidays for 2010
In accordance with the UN General Assembly Resolution and following consultation with the
UN Agencies in Cambodia, the ten official holidays for 2010 for the UNAKRT staff have been designated as
follows:

| 3 | 14 May, Friday | Birthday of His Majesty King Norodom Sihamoni |
| 4 | 17 May, Monday | Birthday of His Majesty King Norodom Sihamoni |
| 5 | 07 October, Thursday | Pchum Ben (Festival of the Dead) |
| 6 | 8 & 11 October, Friday and Monday | Pchum Ben (Festival of the Dead) |
| 7 | 22 & 23 November, Monday and Tuesday | Water Festival |
In addition to the above UN official holidays, the National staff of ECCC will observe the following public holidays
announced in the Sub-Degree 135 អនក្រ.បក issued by the Royal Government of Cambodia on 25 August 2009:

Note: Any public holiday falls on weekends (Saturday or Sunday), will be observed on Monday. However, if public holidays fall on both Saturday and Sunday, only one additional day will be observed on Monday.
