Today the International Co-Investigating Judge filed public redacted versions of his Closing Order and Annex III in Case 004/02 and ordered that his Closing Order and Annex III filed on 16 August 2018 be reclassified as confidential, because the full names of two protected witnesses were inadvertently mentioned.
Any publication of the unredacted versions of the International Co-Investigating Judge’s Closing Order and Annex III in Case 004/02, or any publication of the names of the two protected witnesses, may be sanctioned by the ECCC or referred to the appropriate authorities pursuant to Internal Rules 29(5) and 35(1)(a).
