On 27 November 2019, the Pre-Trial Chamber of the Extraordinary Chambers in the Courts of Cambodia will commence three days of hearing in Case 003 against MEAS Muth.
The hearing will begin with a public introduction by the President of the Chamber, followed by the public reading of a case report, which set out the relevant facts and procedural history of Case 003, as well as the details of the Appeals currently before the Chamber. The public redacted version of the report will be available on the Court’s public website shortly after the session.
The hearing will continue on 28 and 29 November 2019 in accordance with the Scheduling Order issued on 24 October 2019. If the need arises, there will be a public session of questions by the Judges to the Parties on 29 November 2019 before the conclusion of the hearing.
