The Supreme Court Chamber of the Extraordinary Chambers in the Court of Cambodia (ECCC) on 28 April 2021 decided to postpone the hearings on the appeals against the Trial Judgment in Case 002/02, which were scheduled to be held from 17 to 21 May 2021. The decision is due to the current situation in Cambodia related to Covid-19. The new dates for the appeal hearing will follow in due course.
