The Trial Chamber has announced a tentative schedule of Case 002 trial hearings for 2013.
The chamber will reconvene on 8 January after a two-week recess, and will sit for alternating periods of three and four days per week until further notice.
• Week of 8 January: Tuesday 8th – Friday 11th (4 days)
• Week of 14 January: Monday 14th – Wednesday 16th (3 days)
In addition, three judicial recesses are now scheduled for the first half year of 2013:
• Monday 25 February – Friday 1 March 2013
• Monday 15 – Friday 19 April 2013 (Khmer New Year)
• Monday 13 – Friday 17 May 2013 (His Majesty King’s Birthday)
