THIOEUNN Thioeunn (1919 or 1920-2006) was Minister of Public Health. Following Pol Pot’s death, he fled to a Thai refugee camp and later defected to Phnom Penh, where he remained until his death.

The Trial Chamber in Case 002/02 found that Thioeunn Thioeunn:

Accompanied a Chinese delegation with Ke Pauk and Ao An to visit Tram Kak district, the 1st January Dam to commemorate the closing ceremony, and the East Zone. ⁷
Was present at a film show hosted by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to honour all ambassadors, their wives, and embassy personnel to Democratic Kampuchea. ⁸
