Key Findings

The Trial Chamber in Case 002/02 found that Thioeunn Thioeunn:
  • Accompanied a Chinese delegation with Ke Pauk and Ao An to visit Tram Kak district, the 1st January Dam to commemorate the closing ceremony, and the East Zone. 7
  • Was present at a film show hosted by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to honour all ambassadors, their wives, and embassy personnel to Democratic Kampuchea. 8
