Decision on two notices of appeal filed by IENG Sary
Summary
The Supreme Court Chamber rejected the Notice of Appeal filed by the Co-Lawyers of teh Accused as inadmissble, noting that the Trial Chamber decision which the Co-Lawyers attempted to appeal against
"do not fall within the Chamber's limited jurisdiction for immediate appeals under Internal Rule 104(4) (Rev. 7);". Consequently, the CHamber decided not to consider further submissions from the co-lawyers.
