Pre-Trial Chamber Decision on Urgent Joint Defence Request to Intervene on the Issue of Joint Criminal Enterprise in the OCP Appeal against the Duch Closing Order

The Pre-Trial Chamber found that third parties have no right to intervene in a Case File to which they are not a party. The decision the present case which the third party sought to intervene in, would not be directly applicable to them, and they could still challenge the same issue in the Case File to which they are a party.
