Judge Som Sereyvuth (Cambodia) has been a Judge of the Supreme Court of Cambodia and a Head of Examination Department. He is in charge of publishing the Journal of the Supreme Court Judgments.

From 1980 to 1985, he served as an Official in the Ministry of Interior and as an Acting Head of Department. In 2001, he obtained a certificate of Intellectual Property Law Enforcement for Developing Countries from World Intellectual Property Organization in collaboration with (ENM) held in Paris and Geneva.

In 1998, he received a bachelor of law (Droit Public) from the University of Law Lumiere, Lyon 2, Lyon France. From 1994 to 1995, he was a student judge of International School for Judges and Prosecutor (ENM a Bordeaux).
