Mr. Hong has practised criminal law since 1993. He was admitted to the Bar Association of the Kingdom of Cambodia in 1999 and has been a member of the Bar Council of the Bar Association since 2006. In the same year, he was promoted to be Team Leader of lawyers for the Cambodia Defenders Project in Phnom Penh.
