The Court Report September 2009

The September 2009 issue of the Court Report features a visit by the new Japanese ambassador to Cambodia. Ambassador Masafumi Kuroki visited the ECCC on 16 September to exchange views over the progress of the Tribunal. The Co-Prosecutors, Civil Parties and Defence teams also made final submissions on the evidence they would like to see included in Case 001, while a team from the United Nations Television Service visited Cambodia in mid-September to produce a series of feature stories on the trial to be aired in early 2010.
