Amicus curiae brief

Amicus curiae briefs are written legal submissions offered by persons who are not party to the proceedings, for the purpose of providing &nbsp;information about a legal matter pending before one of the Chambers. &nbsp;Amicus curiae briefs can be introduced based on an invitation from the Chambers, or by requesting permission from the Chambers to submit a brief.<div><br></div><div>Rule 33 of the ECCC Internal Rules contain provisions about amicus curiae briefs.</div><div><br></div>
