Members of the public who would like to access the judicial records database of the of the Extraordinary Chambers may submit a Database Access Request Form.

The Extraordinary Chambers in the Courts of Cambodia (ECCC) is a Special Cambodian Court Which Receives International Assistance Through the United Nations Assistance to the Khmer Rouge Trials (UNAKRT)

How to become a civil party

A Civil Party is a victim who participates as a party to the proceedings before the ECCC. Civil Parties enjoy broadly similar rights as the Co-Prosecutors and the Defence, and they can seek moral and collective reparations.
