Plenary Sessions

<div>Plenary Sessions at the Extraordinary Chambers in the Courts of Cambodia (ECCC) are normally conducted every 6 months. During a Plenary Session all judges at the ECCC are coming together to discuss amendments to the Internal Rules and administrative guidelines related to the judicial proceedings, and to discuss matters relating to the internal functioning of the ECCC.</div><div><br></div><div>In addition to the judges, the Co-Prosecutors, the Director and Deputy Director of Office of Administration, the Head of Defence Support Section and the Head of Victims Support Section can attend the ECCC Plenary Sessions, but only the judges can vote on matters that require a decision by the ECCC Plenary.</div><div><br></div><div>The President of the ECCC Plenary is H.E. Kong Srim and the Vice-President &nbsp;is Dame Silvia Cartwright.</div><div><br></div>
