Co-Investigating Judges issue Closing Orders in Case 003

The Co-Investigating Judges issued separate Closing Orders in Case 003 against Meas Muth. The National Co-Investigating Judge dismissed the case for lack of personal jurisdiction. The International Co-Investigating Judge indicted Meas Muth for genocide, crimes against humanity, war crimes and

violations of the 1956 Cambodian Penal Code.
