Trial Chamber to resume hearing of evidence in Case 002 on 10 January 2012

The Trial Chamber of the Extraordinary Chambers in the Courts of Cambodia (ECCC) will resume the hearing of evidence in Case 002 against Khieu Samphan, Nuon Chea and Ieng Sary at 9:00 on Tuesday 10 January 2012. The next session of hearings will run from 10 January to 16 February 2012. The Chamber will then recess, resuming on Monday 12 March 2012.

Hearings will normally be held Monday-Thursday from 9:00 to 16:00. The Chamber may change the schedule on short notice, so visitors are advised to consult the ECCC website (www.eccc.gov.kh/en) for the most updated schedule.

The hearings are open to the public, unless the Chamber decides to hear specific issues in closed session. Seats in the public gallery are distributed on a first come, first served basis.
