Mr. Joshua Kern

Mr. Kern was admitted as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of England and Wales in 2008 and of the High Court of the Hong Kong SAR in 2010. Prior to joining the IENG Sary Defence team he worked in an international law firm, primarily on international arbitrations and public law matters. He has also worked for the Prlic Defence team at the ICTY.
