New Zealand Prime Minister John Key Announces New Pledge during Visit to ECCC

Prime Minister John Key of New Zealand, leading an eight-member delegation, visited the Extraordinary Chambers in the Court of Cambodia on 21 November 2012. They met with Acting Director Tony Kranh and Deputy Director Knut Rosandhaug, and held discussions with Trial Chamber President Nil Nonn and Judge Silvia Cartwright from New Zealand to gain insight into the work of the tribunal, before touring the courtroom.
On this occasion, Prime Minister John Key announced a new pledge of NZ$ 200,000 to the court.
