<div><b>Rule 28. Right Against Self-Incrimination of Witnesses</b></div><div><br></div><div>8.<span class="Apple-tab-span" style="white-space:pre"> </span>Where a party is aware that the testimony of any witness may raise issues with respect to self- incrimination, or where the witness him or herself raises the matter, he or she shall request an in camera hearing and advise the Co-Investigating Judges or the Chambers of this, in advance of the testimony of the witness. The Co-Investigating Judges or the Chambers may impose the measures outlined in sub-rule 7 for all or a part of the testimony of that witness.</div>
