<div><b>Article 311 Joining of Civil Party during Trial</b></div><div> During the trial hearing, a civil party application can be addressed to the court clerk. Suchfact shall be noted in the hearing’s record.</div><div> A civil party application will not be admissible after the Royal Prosecutor made his finalobservations on the merits of the case.</div><div> A victim who has already submitted his civil party application during the judicial</div><div>investigation is not required to comply with this procedure again before the trial court.</div><div><br></div>
