Decision to determine the Co-Prosecutors' Appeal of the Closing Order on the basis of written submission only

After having considered the views of the parties, the Pre-Trial Chamber decided pursuant to Internal Rule 77 (3) that the appeal may be determined on the basis of written submissions of the parties only.
